If the product contains any manufacturing defect, you have the right to exchange it for the same product or any product of the same value or higher features with the original invoice for the product without shipping charges, or if you want to return the amount and we receive the product from you within 14 days from the date of receipt

How can I return the product?

1. Contact customer service to request a return

2. Submit the return request, indicate the request number to be returned, and confirm the private data

3. Prepare your product(s) with the invoice after filling out the return form

4. In the return form, please select the products that you want to return, as well as the number of items that will be returned, and explain the reason.

5. If you lost your bill return form, you can contact customer service.

6. Once you have completed the above steps, you can hand over your returned products to a company representative

7. The customer is given a copy of the return bill of lading for easy tracking
